If you've put on a few extra pounds during the winter
months or want to get into shape for the first time,
don't despair. You don't need to become obsessed
with shedding unwanted pounds. It's all about
moderation and gradual lifestyle changes.
Whether it is increasing your exercise, becoming
mindful of "how" you are eating , dry brushing
to simulate lymphatic cleansing, or cooking a new
grain; it all involves taking time for you. Loving one's
self is the essence of this teaching. This issue will
help you understand weight loss from an Ayurvedic
perspective.
